The snow looks beautiful - always loved snow - but I can get it here if I really want it - were in it a few weeks back at Mount Ruapehu. Has it settled? Is it still there? Are you going sledging - great hills near you! I'm hoping to go boogie boarding today - but the weather is predicting rain - poo!
OH, yes!! I do wish I could have proper snow like that...well every now and then anyway ;) We have been to England a couple of times in winter but because our family is in the south of England we haven't been lucky enough to strike real snow like that on our trips.
Pottering about in my small garden in the North East of England at the top of a hill, often in the wind and the rain, occasionally in the sunshine! Surrounded by high conifer hedge and mature trees on one side. Garden slopes upwards, so we made a dry stone wall on two levels at the back of the garden which we're still adding plants to as funds allow. I like evergreen shrubs and any type of flowers - I don't grow any veg and am obsessed with keeping my lawn edges 'neat'. I like walking where I can see ducks, wild flowers and interesting foliage

Id say that is a proper snow. Looks like it was coming down heavy.
Hi Mary

Glad to see you're all better now.
