Back Border
Just a bit of dead-heading this afternoon and looking at the flowers. The Buddlia flowers are in bloom so we'll be having lots of butterflies after the nectar. More flowers on the hostas and the back border is looking very colourful - the slugs didn't eat all of the petunias!

Wonderful photos Mary, you have the English garden that I have always wanted but never been able to achieve. So mostly I'm do foliage plants, lots of hostas all blooming now.
I so envy you going to Italy, do have a great trip. I hope you post about it, for the " big world" part of your blog.
